Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want trying Sepal to feel risk-free. If your first order isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it. Give it a fair try: use it daily, as directed, for at least two weeks if you can. You don’t need to finish the bars or wait the full 30 days to ask for a refund. The guarantee covers one order per household.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@sepalbody.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, or the email you used at checkout, and a line or two about your experience.
  3. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days. If we need more information, we’ll ask.
  4. Once approved, we refund the full amount you paid for that order. There’s nothing to send back.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Problems with your order

  • Damaged or wrong Email your order number and, if you can, a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you. Nothing to return.
  • Missing items Tell us what’s missing and we’ll put it right.
  • Lost or late Most orders arrive in 6–14 days. Nothing after 21 days, or tracking shows it lost? We’ll replace or refund.

Cancelling or changing an order

We usually prepare orders for shipping within 1–2 business days. To cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number.

  • Not yet prepared We’ll update it, or cancel it and refund you in full.
  • Already shipped We can’t stop it in transit, but you can still contact us about your options under this policy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
