When will my order arrive?

Shipping is free on every US order. Most orders arrive within 6–14 days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.

How do returns work?

Your first order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If Sepal isn't right for you, email hello@sepalbody.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid. Nothing needs to be sent back. Damaged, wrong or missing items are replaced or refunded on any order. Read our refund policy.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Sepal is made without parabens or sulfates, and no added dyes are listed on the label. It's a glycerin-based cleansing bar made for daily use on the body. It is lightly scented, so if your skin is very reactive, test the bar on your forearm for a day or two first. Stop using it if you notice redness, itching or irritation.

What if my skin reacts?

Stop using Sepal and rinse the area with water. If the reaction is severe or doesn't settle, see a doctor. Then email hello@sepalbody.com with your order details and we'll help, including a refund where appropriate. This applies to every order.

How do I use it?

Wet the bar and your skin, then work it between your hands until it foams. Massage the lather gently into underarms, chest and the back of the neck, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Use it daily, and rest the bar on a draining dish between showers.
